For our Maintenance Service clients

We are striving to wrap up any projects and feature enhancements by OCT 1. If you have any open items that you need addressed please submit them ASAP.

Starting OCT 1 – standard software maintenance and critical security updates will be applied.

Here are the details regarding black out periods from the email you received on Sept 7:

During this time only updates and software patches will be applied as needed. There will be limited access to live chat and email support. Urgent / Critical support will still be available.

NOVEMBER 21 2022

NOVEMBER 23 2022

During this period there will be no live chat and email response time will be 24-36hrs. Our infrastructure providers will manage System Operations.

 

Our schedule for project wrap-ups or small functional updates:

Oct 1st – 5th: Project wrapup for all outstanding projects. Full site updates, backups, and maintenance as usual.

Nov 1st – 5th: Wrapup unfinished projects from Sept & Oct. Small projects (page updates, functional changes that require less than 4 hours of time) + urgent projects and Scheduled updates & Maintenance

Dec 1st – 5th: Small projects (page updates, small functional changes) + urgent projects and Scheduled updates & Maintenance
