Things are about to get better!
The great services we’ve provided including design, hosting, maintenance, backups, monitoring, updates, and security fixes are going to continue, but with improvements. Now you’ll also get access to a larger pool of WordPress talent including engineers and designers that have been building & troubleshooting websites for even longer than we have.

What’s Improving:
- Better support hours: Pronto has support staff available 24 hours per day Monday through Friday and are available for emergencies on the weekends.Even though we have made ourselves available across multiple time zones, it doesn’t always match up with what’s convenient for some clients. So enjoy support that aligns with your time zone.
- NEW Unlimited support/service requests: Until now, we’ve had limits on support hours per month before clients incur additional charges. But NOW clients get unlimited support and service requests! We’re removing the cap on maintenance and service.
- Better & FASTER servers: By partnering with Pronto, our clients have access to world-class hosting environments!
What’s Changing:
Really, very little! Most notably, the way support tickets are handled. Support will be managed through a unified ticketing system where you can email support rather than having to go through our support portal.
Each client has been notified individually of these changes.
